Rave Auto Sales ("we," "us") is an independent used-vehicle dealer that finances its own sales. This policy covers information collected through ravemotors.netlify.app, our text-message program, and in person at the dealership.
If you opt in, we send account-related texts (payment reminders and receipts, appointment and service confirmations, insurance reminders) and, only with separate consent, occasional promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your account activity; promotional messages are no more than 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. You can also opt in by texting START to (817) 398-3659. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Only service providers that help us operate — our database and website hosting (Supabase, Netlify), our text-messaging provider (Twilio), and state agencies for title and registration — and otherwise only when the law requires it. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Account records are kept for the life of the account plus the period Texas law requires for dealer and finance records. SMS consent records are kept as long as you are opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document your consent. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Account data is stored in an access-controlled database; staff access requires a sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Questions: Rave Auto Sales, North Richland Hills, TX · (469) 744-4292 · jessejsmithauto@gmail.com.
